As one of my primary clients at Triad Advertising, I worked closely with their corporate and community teams to develop a broad range of creative materials that supported marketing, branding, and outreach efforts. My work spanned everything from community collateral to large-scale onboarding initiatives, maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all communications.
Onboarding New Community Acquisitions – Led the design and production of complete marketing suites for newly acquired communities—over 100 unique pieces per location, including folders, letterhead, direct mail, flyers, signage, promotional items, and other branded materials to ensure a smooth and consistent brand transition.
Marketing Pieces – Designed a variety of materials for community outreach and promotions, including flyers for local advertising and sales events, mailers, rack cards, and door hangers to increase visibility and engagement.
Promotional Campaigns – Developed branded materials and campaigns to highlight new programs and initiatives across multiple communities.
Flippable Brochures – Designed interactive, multi-page brochures celebrating the Grace Management brand while spotlighting each community’s individual features, services, and lifestyle offerings. Each piece was tailored to reflect the unique identity of its community within the unified Grace brand system.
Event Marketing – Created direct mail, flyers, and posters promoting community events ranging from resident and family activities to employee programs and outreach campaigns designed to attract new residents.
